Executive Education at GIFT
The rules of global business are being re-written. Long held assumptions around capitalism and markets are being challenged. As the economic system is being re-shaped the wider concepts of sustainability beyond simple notions of greening are now coming to the fore. Amidst these changes, the Asia region is emerging as the new centre of economic and political influence, a trend which will only increase in the years to come. This poses new challenges, not just for Asia, but the world.

Executive Education
GIFT offers a new approach to executive education aligned with these historic shifts now underway.
Conventional business education is struggling to stay relevant and it is becoming clear that it does not prepare leaders for the complexities of the new world. Textbooks and theories of what worked to promote a 20th century economic and business model are no longer adequate today.
GIFT seeks to fill this gap and delivers immersive learning with tangible project outcomes linked to new investment and business opportunities throughout Asia.
The frontier of executive learning starts here and now. Below is a short presentation on the Global Young Leaders Programme.
Global Young Leaders Programme
The Global Young Leaders Programme is a two-week course that can be delivered as either a multi-client programme, where companies are free to nominate employees to attend, or as a tailored programme for one group of employees within the same company. It is a one of a kind executive leadership development programme which is leveraged to create new models and opportunities that have positive real world impacts. It provides a significant platform for cultivating ethical leadership in today’s society while also nurturing entrepreneurship and economic development within emerging markets.
The YLP emphasises learning through the eyes of others and witnessing how decisions made in one part of the world have impacts on other parts.

Workshops and Webinars
How do you get your management teams and future leaders to become more aware of the massive changes currently taking place in the global business environment? You have to confront and de-construct their worldview and create discomfort.
Where will they go to gain exposure to the most important issues shaping policy, markets and the business? Not in classrooms of the instructors promoting 20th century models.
Most importantly how will you deliver this in a candid, unbiased and intellectually honest way and which is also relevant to your company? Only by being bold and discarding the old narrative.
Organisations by definition cannot provide objective insight to their next generation of leaders. Their views are filtered through the lens of organisational culture and past successes.
GIFT delivers workshops and web-based sessions as a platform for participants to gain insight into the changing business landscape.
GIFT asks the tough, open-ended questions and guides participants to draw their own conclusions, free of ideological biases.
Sessions are customised to your industry, regional interests and organisational objectives.
