GIFT’s leadership seminars are one or two days in duration and can be offered as standalone leadership development exercises or may be embedded in existing talent development programmes.
Think Differently: Participants’ thinking will be stretched to understand the wider context of contemporary issues, global leadership, and the critical changes taking place in Asia.
Highly Interactive: Sessions are delivered with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, debate, role playing, and presentations as well as examinations of relevant case studies.
Output Driven: Participants work to produce an output by the conclusion of the seminar, and this is woven into various activities throughout the sessions. This output may take the form of a group action plan, personal commitment memo, or a recommendation to senior management.
