The Global Leaders Programme (GLP) is GIFT’s flagship leadership programme. It combines classroom and field-based learning in a two-week programme, conducted 4 – 6 times a year in countries across the Asia Pacific region.
Intense and engaging, the GLP provides professionals with a platform to build an acute awareness about the key drivers of global change shaping the business landscape and why the 21st century will be different. Action-based and participant-led, real-world field projects heighten participants' self-awareness and hone the practical skills required to manage diverse teams in unfamiliar situations. By challenging conventional wisdom and demonstrating the value of soft skills through real-world situations, the GLP introduces new paths to success in a complex world.
The Hong Kong YLP adapts the Global Leaders Programme for a Hong Kong context, combining intellectual rigor, a beyond-classroom methodology and an output-driven approach to leadership development. The two-week programme provides a platform where young professionals from all parts of society can engage in constructive dialogue, equip themselves to be effective leaders and collaborate across sectors and industries.
The Hong Kong YLP has been designed as a platform to inspire a new generation of Hong Kong leaders and set a new precedent for how they build new ideas and concepts. Through the programme, participants develop the ambition, curiosity and sense of purpose required to excel in their organisations, and are inspired to demonstrate the importance of empathy in leadership.
The Active Insights Series has been developed in response to demand for shorter experiential programmes for senior executives.
These four to five day programmes are tailored to meet specific business and learning needs and provide executives with real-world insights through interactions with policymakers, business and community leaders.
Participants work on field projects in key sectors throughout the region with carefully selected local partners i.e. Agriculture in China, Renewable Energy in Indonesia, Healthcare in Vietnam.
1-3 day sessions drawing on GIFT’s propriety curriculum and methodology. Designed to compel participants to question and better understand the realities of a complex world and their roles as leaders in their organisations. Option to combine classroom and experiential learning.
